The Challenge:
Vikram Ispat, the sponge iron manufacturing
venture of one of India’s leading
business groups, engaged Bristlecone to
help address its reporting requirements.
Bristlecone was asked to define a complete
reporting strategy for the client and determine
Measures of Performance (MoP) in areas such
as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase
etc that were to be tracked. A unique challenge
was the creation of the complex Chairman’s
report whose format was predefined and unchangeable.
