Ashok Santhanam,
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ashok has over 25 years of experience leading
technology product and service businesses.
Most recently, he was Senior Vice President,
Worldwide Field Operations at Epiphany (Nasdaq:
EPNY), a leader in the analytics-driven CRM
software industry. Before Epiphany, Ashok
was Managing Director of Santhanam Consulting,
providing strategy consulting services to
clients in the enterprise IT, technology services
and technology-enabled services sectors.
Earlier, Ashok was founder, CEO and Chairman
of Inventa Technologies, a successful and
fast-growing provider of fixed price/fixed
time B2B e-commerce services to large corporate
clients. Ashok also founded two other services
companies, including Ventura Data Systems,
an early pioneer in offshore product development
services and Challenger Systems, a successful
provider of private-label implementation services
to software companies. He began his career
with Gould Inc., a Fortune 500 technology
company, where he rose to head operations
for one of its major divisions.
Ashok received an MBA with Distinction from
Harvard Business School and a B.Tech. degree
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
He serves as a director on the board of Lohika
(www.lohika.com),
a company that provides dual-shore software
product development services for technology
companies

V Mani, Vice President and
General Manager, Bristlecone International
Mani is responsible for all sales, business
development, services delivery and client
relationship management for Bristlecone’s
business outside North America.
Mani has over 20 years of varied experience
in software development, marketing and general
management in the IT industry. He joined Bristlecone
at its inception in 1998, and has served in
several executive leadership positions. Prior
to Bristlecone, Mani spent 12 years in progressively
more responsible positions in India and the
UK at TechMahindra, a Bristlecone sister company,
in roles spanning capability development,
project management and solutions design.
Mani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in
Industrial Engineering.

Kemal Köeksal, Vice
President and General Manager, Bristlecone
Labs
Kemal is responsible for all sales, business
development, services delivery and client
relationship management at our Bristlecone
Labs business unit, which provides supply
chain-related product development and testing
services to SAP and other leading software
companies. Kemal has over 20 years experience
in various engineering and product management
positions in Europe and the USA, at Siebel
Systems, SAP and Digital Equipment.

Nikhil Nayak,
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Nikhil joined Bristlecone in 2000, and was
responsible for finance and administration
of our international operations until he was
promoted to his current role in 2006.
Nikhil has over 20 years of experience in
the field of Finance/Account/Taxation, and
is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from the University of Mumbai.

Sankha Bhowmick, Vice President,
Human Resources
Sankha is based in Mumbai and is responsible
for the worldwide HR function of Bristlecone.
Prior to joining Bristlecone, Sankha headed
the human resources function for Mahindra
Finance (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial
Services). As part of the core management
team there, Sankha spearheaded HR strategy
and planning, HR operations and Training &
Development during a three year period when
the company grew from a little over 1000 employees
to over 4000 and completed an initial public
offering. He also served as the Chairman of
the Mahindra Finance Shadow Board and as secretary
of the Mahindra Finance Steering Committee.
Sankha’s prior background includes extensive
and broad HR management experience in diverse
industries at companies such Convergys, Star
TV, Barista Coffee Company and Binary Semantics.
Sankha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR,
a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations
& Personnel Management and a Bachelor
of Science from Delhi University.

Sanjay Bonde, Vice President,
Corporate Development
Sanjay is responsible for Bristlecone's European
operations. Sanjay joined Bristlecone as Director
of Finance and Planning in 2005, and was promoted
to Vice President of Corporate Planning in
2006 and his current role in 2007. Prior to
joining Bristlecone, Sanjay held various positions
at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), and
most recently was General Manager and Executive
Assistant to the Executive Director, Finance
and Corporate Affairs. At M&M, Sanjay
was a core member of the Corporate Affairs
Group responsible for coordination of the
company's strategic planning activities and
other corporate projects and initiatives.
He has been involved in cross border business
assignments in the UK, Turkey, Germany, India,
Korea, Finland, Czech Republic, France, United
States, Canada, and Brazil.
Sanjay holds a Master’s degree in Management
Studies from the University of Bombay, India
in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in
Electronics and Power Engineering and a Post-Graduate
Diploma in Quality System Management.

Anil Gupta, Vice President,
Marketing
Anil brings extensive experience in enterprise
software, having served as Vice President
of Marketing and Strategy at companies such
as Baan (ERP and Supply Chain), Broadbase
(CRM Analytics), ePeople (Collaborative CRM)
and Niku and Evolve (Services Automation).
At these companies, he has led product marketing,
product management and corporate marketing
functions. Anil contributes articles to leading
technology publications and has lectured at
Santa Clara University business school and
Stanford University School of Engineering.

Michael Gunn, Vice President
Sales, Bristlecone America
Michael brings a wealth of experience in sales,
solutions development and delivery of high
value supply chain services to Bristlecone.
He spent several years as a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
where he was also National Director for Supply
Chain Solutions responsible for sales, pre-sales
and professional services and led a team that
secured over fifty client engagements ranging
in value from $4 to $50 million. He subsequently
held supply chain leadership roles at Manugistics,
Benchmarking Partners and QAD before joining
SAIC, a large systems integrator, as Senior
Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions where
he launched a new business to deliver supply
chain integration and performance management
solutions that achieved annual revenue of
$100 million. Immediately before joining Bristlecone,
he was Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
and Performance Management at iXL/Scient,
a leading systems integrator, where he built
a sales and delivery team to achieve $80 million
in revenue in the first 12 months; and SVP
and Chief Solutions Officer at Neoris, a startup
focused on supply chain performance management
and business intelligence solutions that grew
by acquisition and organically to $200 million
in revenue across the US, Spain and Latin
America over a period of 3 years.

Jessie Chimni, Vice President
Consulting Services, Bristlecone America
Jessie has over 17 years of professional experience
in the areas of supply chain management and
business intelligence processes and solutions,
particularly in the electronics, semiconductor
and CPG industries. Prior to joining Bristlecone
in 2000, Jessie held various management positions
at SeeCommerce, a supply chain visibility
software company, KPMG and Nestle.
At Bristlecone, Jessie leads all client engagement
activities at Bristlecone America. He also
serves as co-leader for the high technology
area of Americas SAP User Group (ASUG), and
is a regular presenter at supply chain management
conferences.
Jessie received a Bachelor’s degree
in Economic (Honors) from Punjab University,
and a Master’s degree in Management
Studies from Carleton University.

Prashant Karkhanis, Vice
President, Consulting Services, Bristlecone
International
Prashant has over 20 years of experience in
manufacturing, manufacturing systems implementation
and business consulting. Prashant has played
key leadership roles at Bristlecone since
its inception. He has overseen many successful
project implementations as Projects Director,
managed Bristlecone’s consulting activities
in the areas of supply chain strategy and
implementation and has served as Vice President,
Sales & Solutions for Bristlecone in the
Asia/Pacific region.
Prashant brings a unique mix of years of real-world
manufacturing experience and systems design
and implementation expertise to Bristlecone,
and has been instrumental in developing a
similar experience mix among Bristlecone’s
formidable consulting team.
Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering from VJTI in Mumbai,
India.

Moorjani, Process Consulting, Bristlecone
International
Satishhas over 30 years of rich experience
in a variety of industries including Automotive,
Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, and International
Trading and Projects. Most recently, Satish
was Vice President, Supply Chain at Mahindra
and Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector,
where he spearheaded their SCM journey, including
initiatives such as change management, organizational
re-structuring, business process re-engineering
and alignment of performance metrics across
the supply chain.
Satish's educational credentials include a
Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi,
and a PGDM (the equivalent of an MBA) from
IIM Calcutta. He also recently completed a
course in Global Leadership at Carnegie Mellon
University.
