Ashok Santhanam,
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ashok has over 25 years of experience leading
technology product and service businesses.
Most recently, he was Senior Vice President,
Worldwide Field Operations at Epiphany (Nasdaq:
EPNY), a leader in the analytics-driven CRM
software industry. Before Epiphany, Ashok
was Managing Director of Santhanam Consulting,
providing strategy consulting services to
clients in the enterprise IT, technology services
and technology-enabled services sectors.
Earlier, Ashok was founder, CEO and Chairman
of Inventa Technologies, a successful and
fast-growing provider of fixed price/fixed
time B2B e-commerce services to large corporate
clients. Ashok also founded two other services
companies, including Ventura Data Systems,
an early pioneer in offshore product development
services and Challenger Systems, a successful
provider of private-label implementation services
to software companies. He began his career
with Gould Inc., a Fortune 500 technology
company, where he rose to head operations
for one of its major divisions.
Ashok received an MBA with Distinction from
Harvard Business School and a B.Tech. degree
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
He serves as a director on the board of Lohika
(www.lohika.com),
a company that provides dual-shore software
product development services for technology
companies.

Kulashekar Raghavan,
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Kulashekhar joined Bristlecone in 2004, and
was responsible for finance for our Americas
operations until he was promoted to his current
role in 2008. Prior to Bristlecone, he has
held a variety of roles in finance and accounting
at Mahindra & Mahindra since 1986.
Kulashekhar has over 20 years of experience
in the field of Finance/Account/Taxation,
and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the University of Mumbai.

Thomas Genazzio,
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, North America
Tom is responsible for business development, marketing, and alliances for North America. He has over 25 years of experience in marketing technology solutions and professional services to Fortune 1000 companies, including establishing and managing sales organizations, penetration of new markets, major account programs, and strategic planning. During his career, Tom has assisted numerous clients to transform their businesses by successfully deploying ERP and supply chain management solutions on both the supply and demand sides, involving operations improvement in such areas as advanced planning, sales and operations planning, MRP, logistics, inventory optimization, warehouse management, and strategic sourcing.
Prior to joining Bristlecone, Tom was Vice President and General Manager at Cambridge Solutions responsible for all North American business including Enterprise Solutions, Packaged Applications, and Custom Software Development. Earlier, Tom held a variety of management positions at BearingPoint, including Managing Director in their Commercial Services business responsible for sales to discrete manufacturing, aerospace & defense, and high technology industries. His prior experience includes three technology startups including EagleSoft, an ISV of warehouse management, and logistics systems where Tom was a founder and principal.
Tom holds a BSBA in Management and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jessie Chimni, Vice President
Consulting Services, Bristlecone America
Jessie has over 17 years of professional experience
in the areas of supply chain management and
business intelligence processes and solutions,
particularly in the electronics, semiconductor
and CPG industries. Prior to joining Bristlecone
in 2000, Jessie held various management positions
at SeeCommerce, a supply chain visibility
software company, KPMG and Nestle.
At Bristlecone, Jessie leads all client engagement
activities at Bristlecone America. He also
serves as co-leader for the high technology
area of Americas SAP User Group (ASUG), and
is a regular presenter at supply chain management
conferences.
Jessie received a Bachelor’s degree
in Economic (Honors) from Punjab University,
and a Master’s degree in Management
Studies from Carleton University.

Prashant Karkhanis, Vice President, Operations
Prashant has over 20 years of experience in
manufacturing, manufacturing systems implementation
and business consulting. Prashant has played
key leadership roles at Bristlecone since
its inception. He has overseen many successful
project implementations as Projects Director,
managed Bristlecone’s consulting activities
in the areas of supply chain strategy and
implementation and has served as Vice President, Operations for Bristlecone in the
Asia/Pacific region.
Prashant brings a unique mix of years of real-world
manufacturing experience and systems design
and implementation expertise to Bristlecone,
and has been instrumental in developing a
similar experience mix among Bristlecone’s
formidable consulting team.
Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering from VJTI in Mumbai,
India.

Sanjay Bonde, Vice President,
Europe
Sanjay is responsible for Bristlecone's European
operations. Sanjay joined Bristlecone as Director
of Finance and Planning in 2005, and was promoted
to Vice President of Corporate Planning in
2006 and his current role in 2007. Prior to
joining Bristlecone, Sanjay held various positions
at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), and
most recently was General Manager and Executive
Assistant to the Executive Director, Finance
and Corporate Affairs. At M&M, Sanjay
was a core member of the Corporate Affairs
Group responsible for coordination of the
company's strategic planning activities and
other corporate projects and initiatives.
He has been involved in cross border business
assignments in the UK, Turkey, Germany, India,
Korea, Finland, Czech Republic, France, United
States, Canada, and Brazil.
Sanjay holds a Master’s degree in Management
Studies from the University of Bombay, India
in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in
Electronics and Power Engineering and a Post-Graduate
Diploma in Quality System Management.

Satish
Moorjani, Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific
Satish has over 30 years of rich experience
in a variety of industries including Automotive,
Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, and International
Trading and Projects. Most recently, Satish
was Vice President, Supply Chain at Mahindra
and Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector,
where he spearheaded their SCM journey, including
initiatives such as change management, organizational
re-structuring, business process re-engineering
and alignment of performance metrics across
the supply chain.
Satish's educational credentials include a
Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi,
and a PGDM (the equivalent of an MBA) from
IIM Calcutta. He also recently completed a
course in Global Leadership at Carnegie Mellon
University.

Irfan Khan, Vice President
and General Manager, Bristlecone Labs
Irfan Khan is responsible for worldwide sales,
business development, services delivery and
client relationship management for Bristlecone
Labs, a business unit of Bristlecone. Bristlecone
Labs provides product development and testing
services to SAP, Oracle and other leading
software companies.
Irfan joined Bristlecone in January 2002 as
Director of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
and since then held several key responsibilities,
including setting up the first India operation
and successfully creating a new line of integration
business with Global ISV’s. Prior to
Bristlecone, he was the Senior Director, Sales
and Operations, for Sutherland Global Services,
a leading multi-national BPO/Development Service
provider with over 17,000 employees focused
on the financial and telecom markets. Mr.
Khan has previously worked for Microsoft and
Hughes Network Systems.
Irfan has over 16 years of distributed consulting
experience. He serves on the Advisory Board
of several enterprise software and service
organizations. Having started and grown outsourced
software divisions for companies in the US,
Europe and India, he is a frequent advisor
to companies on offshore outsourcing as a
strategic tool for Senior Management.
He earned an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute
of Management and Research, India with specialization
in International Business and holds an undergraduate
degree in Engineering.
