Research Recognizes Bristlecone among Top
SAP Supply Chain Planning Service Providers

SAN JOSE -- Bristlecone, the leading
provider of extended supply chain solutions,
announced that it has been recognized as one
of the top SAP Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
service providers by AMR Research, a top-tier
IT analyst firm.
The recent report, SAP Supply Chain Planning
Service Providers: A Risk Assessment Profile,
reviewed eight of the predominant players
in the space. After conducting its extensive
Risk Assessment Profile (RAP), "an analytical
tool that compiles quantitative and qualitative
information to determine the risk that a user
incurs when purchasing products or services,"
AMR noted Bristlecone as one of the least
risky SAP SCP service providers to engage.
The report recognized Bristlecone's "industry
knowledge, combined with skills in DP (Demand
Planning) and SNP (Supply Network Planning)
-- the most prevalent SAP SCP modules"
and puts the company among "the best
candidates for large and complex DP and SNP
implementations."

of the "clear leaders" when reviewing
"service provider expertise with equal
weighting across DP, SNP, PP/DS (Production
Planning/Detailed Scheduling), and GATP (Global
Available to Promise)." It was also favorably
noted that "the company has an extremely
strong relationship with SAP"
