and dashboards and recommend improvements,
as well as to develop scorecards and dashboards
on top of their supply chain system implementations.
Our Supply Chain Analytics assessment service
leverages the industry-standard Supply Chain
Operations Reference (SCOR) model. We review
your current supply chain network, identify
key metrics that should be used to measure
its operating performance, compare it against
your current scorecards and dashboards and
suggest improvements. We can also assist with
the implementation of our recommendations.
In addition, Bristlecone helps clients with
implementation of supply chain analytics on
top of their SCM system implementations. We
use data warehouse and reporting software
solutions from a number of vendors, including
SAP, to facilitate the tracking, measurement
and reporting of your supply chain operating
metrics. Our pre-built supply chain analytics
templates using the SCOR model allow fast
implementation of Supply Chain metrics in
your environment.
