The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a dramatic disruption to commercial, consumer and civic life globally. Bristlecone, as an organization, remains committed to our employees, customers and partners. Ensuring their safety and providing resources to ensure business continuity is our priority.

Actions Taken:

Travel Restrictions

We have implemented international and domestic travel restrictions. Our Travel Desk continues to monitor global travel advisories, WHO updates and red-listed countries. This information is being shared with our employees and contingent workers on a regular basis. Any travel, if required, must have the approval of the Executive Leadership Team.

Work-from-Home

All Bristlecone employees and contingent workers have been advised to work-from-home since Friday, March 13, 2020. Our employees who are based out of customer sites are following customer advisories. We continue to monitor the situation and regularly communicate with employees.

COVID-19 Response Team

We have created a response team to make it easier for employees to get their questions answered. It consists of Executive Leadership Team members, as well as representation of all critical functions.

COVID-19 Core Team

We have a three-member team that represents our customers, employees and the organization. This team meets on a daily basis to address any topics that arise.

Continuous Education

The COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve. We are providing webinars, regular communication and best practices to everyone at Bristlecone so that people can keep themselves safe.

Essential Functions and Staff

Business must go on. To do this, we have streamlined our process for on-boarding new hires virtually; we maintain skeletal staff in our offices for continuous sanitization of work locations; and we allow, after due diligence, anyone who needs to use our office premises to do so.

Communication Technology

Given that we are a globally dispersed organization – we extensively use Zoom, Skype, Teams, Yammer and MS Outlook for our day-to-day operations. We have seamlessly been able to continue leveraging these tools as we operate from home-offices.

IT Infrastructure

Given the nature of our business, nearly all of our employees are mobile. That means they are equipped with company-issued equipment, enabling them to work from any location. This ensures minimal disruption to deliverables. In addition, our IT team has set up a toll-free help-line to answer questions or resolve issues on a real-time basis.

Compliance and Data Privacy

Bristlecone has a robust Code of Conduct policy and compliance process in place. It is applicable to all employees and contingent workers. We strictly adhere to global data privacy laws and regulations.

Mahindra Group

We are part of a $21B Mahindra Group. We are able to leverage the group for additional insights, best practices and support if required.

Business as Usual

During all of this, we have kept emphasizing the need to maintain business continuity in all our communications. Combined with making sure our scheduled programs are running as planned, this helps employees quickly adapt to this new reality.

Productivity Task Force

Project Teams are being staked with creating ways to monitor project schedules, virtually support employees, and communicate with customers and all stakeholders. We believe communication is the key to effectively tide over this current situation.

Our leadership and client relationship teams will continue to update you as the situation evolves. Given the nature of this pandemic, we understand the critical need to adhere to any local or government mandates globally. In such situation, the local government mandate will override Bristlecone advisories.

Thank you for your partnership. We are committed to serving you now and in the future. #StaySafe

Best Regards,
